1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to confirm a User's age, identity, and address.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the official currency of Indonesia in which all Account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register for and use 567luk services:

• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must:

2. Choose a secure password (minimum 8 characters containing letters and numbers) and keep it confidential.
3. Complete KYC verification by submitting valid identity documents (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter issued within last 3 months), and a verification selfie holding your identity document.
4. Agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm you are at least 21 years old.

2.3 Account Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all Accounts:

• Each User may maintain only one (1) active Account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to access your Account.
• You must not allow minors (persons under 21 years) to access your Account under any circumstances.
• You must update your Account information promptly if any details change (address, phone number, email).
• We reserve the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time and may suspend Account access until verification is completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must:

• Keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on other websites.
• Notify 567luk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out after each session, especially when accessing your Account from shared or public devices.

567luk is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access if you failed to maintain reasonable security practices. However, if unauthorized access occurs due to a security breach on our Platform, we will investigate and take appropriate remedial action.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

567luk accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; Rp 200.000.000 per month for standard members; higher limits apply to VIP members
• Processing Time: 1-24 hours for standard members; priority processing under 3 hours for VIP members. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawal Fees: 567luk does not charge withdrawal fees. External bank fees may apply.
• Withdrawal Destination: Withdrawals are processed only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your verified name. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements: If you have active Bonus funds or have not met Bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal of Bonus-related winnings will be restricted until requirements are fulfilled.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

567luk complies with international anti-money laundering standards. To prevent money laundering and fraud:

• Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 deposit requires at least Rp 1.000.000 in bets placed before withdrawal eligibility.
• We reserve the right to request proof of source of funds for large deposits (typically above Rp 50.000.000 cumulative).
• Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger enhanced verification procedures or Account suspension pending investigation.
• We may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities as required by Indonesian and international law.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

567luk offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance User experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the promotion. General terms applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are awarded at 567luk's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus has specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, contribution rates per game type, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and validity periods. Users must read and understand these terms before accepting a bonus.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and Account suspension.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus can be active per User at any given time.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require Users to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before winnings can be withdrawn. For example:

• A Rp 1.000.000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10-20%, sports betting on odds 1.5+ contributes 100%.
• Maximum bet per round while a bonus is active is typically Rp 100.000. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus or other promotions repeatedly
• Coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profit while meeting wagering requirements
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event simultaneously)
• Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds to artificially inflate turnover requirements

Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, confiscation of winnings derived from abused bonuses, and permanent Account termination.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If postponed longer, bets are void and stakes returned.
• For Asian handicap bets, settlement follows standard Asian handicap rules. Half-win and half-loss scenarios apply according to handicap lines.
• Live in-play bets are accepted until the event concludes or odds are suspended. Odds change in real-time based on match developments.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

• Our maximum liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount in your Account balance at the time of the incident, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. If Indonesian law does not permit these limitations, they may not apply to you.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes not resolved through our internal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension

567luk reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• We suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions
• We are unable to verify your identity or suspect identity theft
• We detect unusual betting patterns suggesting collusion or automated betting
• Required KYC documents are not provided within requested timeframe
• Your Account shows signs of unauthorized access

During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will investigate and notify you of the outcome within 14 business days.

11.2 Termination by 567luk

We may permanently terminate your Account if:

• You are found to have created multiple accounts
• You are under 21 years of age
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You have repeatedly violated these Terms & Conditions
• Your Account has been dormant (no login or activity) for 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, any remaining Account balance will be forfeited if the termination is due to Terms violations. If termination is for dormancy or at your request, remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment source minus any applicable administrative fees.

11.3 Termination by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire Account balance. Once closure is confirmed, it is permanent and cannot be reversed. Any unclaimed balance after 30 days will be forfeited.

12. Amendments to Terms

567luk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Users.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with modifications, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
